If you want to use the QR code as a printout in paper form, open the PDF file in the attachment to your booking confirmation email. The QR code will be displayed in the upper right corner.

If you want to use the QR code in digital form on your smartphone, first open the booking confirmation on a smartphone. Then click on the pkpass file in the booking confirmation attachment to open the digital QR code. You will be shown a blue card, in the centre of which is the QR code.

Booking confirmation email attachment pkpass is a special file format that can only be opened via a smartphone. You can easily park with us longer than you have booked. Your car, of course, will remain in place. However, a retroactive change to your booking period after entry is excluded. The additional booking of more days to extend an existing booking by way of a separate follow-up booking is also not permitted. In case of violation of this provision, no refund will be made and the regular additional payment fee must be paid on site, in addition before departure. If you park for a longer period of time despite a different return date, simply continue as described in the booking confirmation.

Smart is meant in the truest sense of the word, because the Smart Tariff offers genuine value for money. In other words, in the event of a timely cancellation of the Smart Tariff, the full parking fee will be refunded to you.

Our car park has a free, direct shuttle service to and from the terminal provided by our partner, Taxi-Auto-Zentrale Stuttgart. The 2.5 km journey is made by taxi and takes just under 5 minutes. The shuttle service is available to our customers 24 hours a day in conjunction with a parking reservation.

From car park to terminal: If you arrive at the car park on time, you will be picked up automatically. If you arrive at the car park more than 15 minutes before or after your booked time, you must let us know in advance by calling the telephone number in your booking confirmation.

Return from airport to car park: After baggage claim, follow the signs in the terminal to the taxi stand on the arrivals level. Our transfer partner maintains sufficient taxi availability all day. At the taxi stand, first check with the driver that the taxi belongs to Taxi-Auto-Zentrale Stuttgart. Taxi-Auto-Zentrale Stuttgart taxis will take you back to the car park free of charge based on your booking confirmation.
