If you want to use the QR code in digital form on your smartphone, first open the booking confirmation on a smartphone. Then click on the pkpass file in the booking confirmation attachment to open the digital QR code. You will be shown a blue card, in the centre of which is the QR code.

You can easily park with us longer than you have booked. Your car, of course, will remain in place. However, a retroactive change to your booking period after entry is excluded. The additional booking of more days to extend an existing booking by way of a separate follow-up booking is also not permitted. In case of violation of this provision, no refund will be made and the regular additional payment fee must be paid on site, in addition before departure. If you park for a longer period of time despite a different return date, simply continue as described in the booking confirmation.

In other words, in the event of a timely cancellation of the Smart Tariff, the full parking fee will be refunded to you.

Our car park has a free, direct shuttle service to and from the terminal provided by our partner, Taxi-Auto-Zentrale Stuttgart. The 2.5 km journey is made by taxi and takes just under 5 minutes. The shuttle service is available to our customers 24 hours a day in conjunction with a parking reservation.

From car park to terminal: If you arrive at the car park on time, you will be picked up automatically. If you arrive at the car park more than 15 minutes before or after your booked time, you must let us know in advance by calling the telephone number in your booking confirmation.

Return journey: after the baggage claim area, follow the signs in the terminal to the taxi rank on the arrivals level. A sufficient number of taxis are available there all day long. At the taxi rank, take a taxi. All taxis there will take you back to the car park free of charge when presented with your ‘Taxi Voucher’.
