Our price promise to you: If you find the same product cheaper on our website with another website operator or in an app from another company within 24 hours of completing your booking, we will refund you the full difference. The applicable conditions for this are listed below in the Best Price Guarantee conditions section.

It´s that simple
To claim the best price guarantee, simply send us a screenshot or photo of the cheaper third-party offer for the same product to claim back the difference to your booking with us. You can either use the Contact form on our website or simply send us an e-mail. We will then check your refund claim and get back to you as soon as possible.
Conditions of the best price guarantee
- The Best Price Guarantee offer applies exclusively to our Easy Airport Parking car parks and multi-storey car parks.
- The third-party product must be exactly identical to the product booked with us in every detail. This means that it must be our Easy Airport Parking product, have the same tariff, the same cancellation conditions and the same travel dates (arrival date, departure date and times).
- The claim must be made to us (Easy Airport Parking) within 24 hours of booking and paying for the booking. The time of receipt of your claim by us is decisive.
- When comparing prices, only the parking fee for the booked product is taken into account.

The following prices are excluded from the best price guarantee:
- Prices from other providers that are dependent on the purchase of other products (combined products)
- Prizes that are part of a customer loyalty, membership or loyalty rewards programme or similar programmes.
- If the complaint is successful, we will refund the price difference by bank transfer.
